What is Fish Oil Omega 3 fatty acids?
- Fish oil is obtained from the tissues of oily fish. The primary sources are cold-water fatty fish. For human absorption of fish oil there are only two different ways, one is the consumption of cooked fish the other is from fish oil supplements.
